Maintenance window extended to 8:30 when we will restore GTT transit. We don't expect there to be traffic disruption but this maintenance will cover any drops or rerouting issues.

We noticed a drop for DDoS Protected clients at the start of this maintenance, the service has self-recovered and we believe this to be a failover issue with NeoProtect's tunnel routing. We will investigate further to avoid this in future.

The second drop at 03:21:44AM was caused by our systems prematurely rerouting via GTT due to port uplink coming back online mid upgrade. We have intervened and will manually re-enable this routing in a few hours once GTT has confirmed outage over.

GTT has notified us of scheduled works for 18th March at 02:00AM to 06:00AM.

We expect there to be minimal disruption to clients as we will shift traffic over to RETN (site's secondary upstream). There may be a brief drop in traffic while routes resettle.
