The cause of the problem seems to have been hardware failure, we are working to get this rectified as soon as possible. Affected customers will be compensated accordingly.

We are investigating a problem with one of our cloud server nodes, while we are rectifying this affected customers will be relayed over to a backup device. Some downtime will occur to facilitate this migration.
