We are continuing to work with Neo on upgrading network in affected areas.

We have identified issues within our ddos protected network, specifically around the US and South America due to large attacks.

We are working with NeoProtect on long term solutions to resolve this as the threat landscape is ever-growing in size and sophistication. We have been made aware of some key capacity upgrades that are due to take place this weekend which should help these attacks.

We will provide further information as we are able to.

This is an attack that is affecting all major hosts within the industry, we are actively communicating with our peers within the industry and evaluating other temporary/permanent options to help reduce the load within core sites.
