NeoProtect are making emergency upgrades in core routing locations across their network. This is expected to be done over a period of 24-36 hours.

During this times as locations are withdrawn and returned to production you may see spikes in latency and timeouts as routes converge globally.

NeoProtect are completing capacity upgrades in Dallas and Chicago (where our transit feeds from).

During this window there may be interruptions as traffic swaps between the feeds during their maintenance.

Dallas may see a sustained outage of 5-10 minutes due to the feeding policies in that site.

We will be making changes to routing in our Dallas site for DDoS protected users in-line with NeoProtect emergency maintenance.

You may experience a brief drop while we see traffic re-route.
